Shipping & Return Policy
Lets get those socks on your feet
Soule socks can ship globally, however our shipping costs differ by country.
Our orders are all currently dispatched from Hong Kong, but we will be expanding stock locations soon.
All orders above USD100 qualify for free standard shipping (with an exception of some countries). Shipments within Hong Kong with an order value above HKD200 qualify for free shipping.
Shipping rates for orders below USD100 vary depending on the country, but we subsidize shipments depending on order value. Shipping estimates can be calculated at checkout.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking details and recent tracking updates.
If you have not received your tracking details within 4 business days of placing your order, please reach out to our support team and they will be sure to help you out.
Of course you can! If you place an order and would like to amend details or cancel the order, please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing the order.
We are eager to get our soule socks onto your feet, so we aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible. If your order has been shipped we will be unable to cancel or amend details.
Once worn, our socks are considered used so we are unable to exchange or return them.

- Avoid using high heat when drying your socks, as this can cause shrinkage or damage the elastic. Instead, air dry or tumble dry your socks on a low heat setting.

Although we do often use a combination of both printing and knitted techniques to achieve the desired design, the majority of our socks have our designs printed onto them. This allows for a much wider range of design options and intricate patterns.
Printing allows us to achieve vibrant and detailed designs that would be difficult or impossible to achieve with traditional knitting techniques. Knitting with intricate designs results in three main issues:
- Greatly reduced breathability and comfort, leading to socks feeling tighter around your feet and less lush.
- Lack of clarity in design, with limited variety in thread thickness and durability. This further leads to pilling of your sock fabric over time.
- A messy sock interior, which looks unappealing and unravels into loose threads over time. We deal with that enough already on our tshirts..
