By removing heirarchies, companies can foster an environment where employees have confidence to share ideas, question superiors, and have a strong positive impact on the comapany's future.

2. PROFIT SHARING

Wages at Soule are split evenly between design and operations teams. Any artists we work with receive 50% of all profits on their particular collections in perpetuity. Don't exploit your workers, empower them.

3. SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES

Soule is consistently pushing to make our business more sustainable, beginning with the fabric used in our socks, and extending to the packaging we ship our products in. We intend to get closer to a zero-waste circular business model over time.
